Christie’s lassos $2.9 million for The Roy Rogers and Dale Evans Museum Collection

Trigger and his silver Bohlin saddle reined in over $650,000

New York- The remarkable sale of The Roy Rogers and Dale Evans Museum Collection was 100% sold and realized $2.9 million on July 14 and 15 in association with High Noon Western Americana. The auction included over 300 iconic lots from the King of the Cowboys and Queen of the West. This historic sale featured unprecedented prices for a diverse array of Western Americana, such as the 1963 Pontiac Bonneville ($254,500), the Nellybelle jeep ($116,500), a variety of hats and boots, and costumes made by Nudie the Rodeo Tailor.
